Here's my room... or at least the half of it that is mine. As you can see, there's room for the bed and a desk. The part of bed and desk you can see at the bottom belongs to my roomie, Jean.
Now I don't feel that my apartment is that small. Good thing it is not the place for next year!!! Glad the ear plugs are helping. What is the weather like? What season are you in now? How is it topographically? (referring to the area not your dorm room)
this reminds me of your tiny apartment in Graz...how can you stand it??!! People in Hong Kong live in mansions compared to the shoeboxes that you've lived in.

Microscopic. IF it were any smaller I'd have to sit on my bed to use the computer... and that would probably be more comfortable than the chair.

The weather is gorgeous! Today was perfect long-sleeve shirt weather.
The area around the town is hilly with some great hiking.
